Sea Glass Decor

I absolutely love sea glass decor! I think that  with its washed out blues, greens and opaque colors it is an element in beach decorating that can give your home a really strong feel of the ocean and the beach.

Sea glass can be very versatile, it can be used in so many decor ideas around the house. Sea glass decor is very special, if you pick the right colors like blues and opaques and whites it will literally bring the sea breeze into your room! (At least that’s what I think 🙂 It looks so fresh!)

You can use it in wreaths that you can either place around candle center pieces, like Shari from Beach Grass Cottage has done in this one:

Or you use the wreath to simply hang it on a wall and make a statement that way! If you hang it on the wall, use a broader fabric in a nice washed out blue, white or green for the bow to hang it on, it will tie in really well with your sea glass wreath.

I also absolutely love this idea of little tealight holders made from sea glass – but I have always been a sucker for candles!  For any beach lover, I think these are a must:
